Todd serves as a Director of Venture Compass.  Todd has 11 years of experience as an attorney and entrepreneur.  Mr. Walker previously practiced law at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison's Los Angeles Office, within the corporate department of various fortune 500 companies, and most recently as a partner of the Investment Law Group.  He has extensive experience with a myriad of complex corporate transactions including asset and securities financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and reorganization, and business insurance and risk management.

As an entrepreneur, Todd has founded, led, or consulted with a myriad of diverse businesses and industries, ranging from technology, to warehousing, to private equity.  Among other ventures, Todd was a founder of StreetFusion, where he oversaw its growth from start up, to a thriving company employing over 100 employees, and through its eventual sale to Thompson Financial (currently StreetFusion is known as Street Events).

Mr. Walker received his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt School of Law in 1995 and a dual Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Portland State University in 1992.
