Bethany serves as the Managing Director of Venture Compass. Previously, she spent over four years in the semiconductor industry directing internal and external manufacturing for Conexant and Skyworks Solutions. Before joining Conexant, she worked in various positions in the automotive industry for Ford Motor Company for 10 years, ranging from manufacturing, project management of design and launch of new products into multiple vehicle platforms, and manufacturing process development that resulted in seven US patents. Bethany also served in Sales and Marketing for two automotive suppliers as an Executive Account Manager focused on winning new customer accounts; successfully structuring $5-20 million deals with GM and other automotive suppliers. Bethany holds Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Materials Science and Engineering, both from Michigan State University.
